This Privacy Policy explains how AKEgames inc (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use the PicFit mobile game (the “App”).

1. Information We Collect

We do not require you to create an account or provide personal information to play PicFit.

We may process limited information needed to operate the App, such as:

Gameplay progress, settings, and purchase status stored on your device
Basic device information (for example device model and operating system)
Crash / diagnostics data to improve stability

If you contact us for support, we may receive your email address and the details you choose to send.

2. Advertising

The App may show advertisements through Google AdMob or similar partners. Those partners may collect device identifiers and ad-related data under their own policies to deliver and measure ads.

You can often limit personalized advertising in your device settings (iOS Tracking / Android Ads settings).

3. Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive your full payment card details.

4. Data Storage & Deletion

Progress is stored locally on your device. Clearing app data or using Delete My Account in Settings can permanently erase your progress.

5. Children

PicFit is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

6. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time by posting a new version on this page.
